The project focuses on the division of a previous law office into two distinct apartment units. The shared spaces of the apartments are arranged as open-plan areas along the glass grid façade, maximizing natural light. On the other hand, the secondary functions are situated towards the rear of the building shell, where less lighting is required. The new volumes, resembling white concave monoliths, serve as hosts for various functions while also framing urban views of the bustling commercial street in the city.
