The project entails the refurbishment of an urban apartment located in the heart of Athens. The main objective is to preserve its original Athenian urban character, while elevating its current state by introducing modern concepts, updated infrastructure, and materials. Considering its commercial utilization, a neutral color scheme was employed to appeal to a wide range of individuals. Consequently, the design introduces a black and white palette, accompanied by concave-convex structures that cleverly conceal the new infrastructure while creating an interesting spatial plasticity.
